E-commerce results depend on many factors outside our control, including market demand, competition, product quality, pricing, your budget and marketplace rules and algorithms. We do not guarantee any specific sales, revenue, profit or income. Any examples, testimonials or case studies we share describe individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.
Marketplaces may suspend, restrict or change accounts at their own discretion. While we follow platform policies, we are not responsible for decisions made by Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop or any other platform.
6. Payment and Fees
- Fees, payment schedules and accepted payment methods are stated in your proposal, invoice or service agreement.
- Payments are due on the dates agreed. We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.
- Fees for our Services do not include your own business costs listed in Section 4.
- Refunds, if any, are handled as described in your service agreement or our Refund Policy.
- We may update our pricing for new services or renewals with advance notice. Changes will not affect work already paid for.
7. Termination
Either party may end the Services as described in your service agreement. We may suspend or end our Services immediately if you fail to pay, break these Terms, ask us to act against marketplace policies or the law, or act in a way that harms our business, team or other clients. Fees for work already completed remain payable after termination.
